In addition to the program at the SCCA, community-based programs see survivors at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Sacred Heart Children's Hospital/Providence Cancer Center in Spokane, and Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage. These community-based clinics are linked to the Survivorship Program at the Hutchinson Center. They provide the same survivor care to non-English speaking, underinsured, and Alaska Native and Native American populations.
Cancer survivors who are interested in being seen as part of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center Survivorship Program can receive the same services at these outreach sites as they would at receive at the SCCA. This allows a diverse group of cancer survivors to choose the most convenient location for them without compromising the quality of care they receive.
