Posters

The resource has large-format color printers and knowledgeable staff that can help you to create a professional-quality poster.

Scanning and Digital Imaging

Two types of scanning systems are available in the lab for converting photos and slides into digital images. Flat-bed color scanners with a transparency adapter are used to digitize artwork and autorads. A high resolution Nikon CoolScan system is used for digitizing 35mm color or BW slides and negatives. The resource also uses the services of Ivey Seright to digitize 35mm slides and negatives to Kodak PhotoCDs.

A Kodak Digital Camera System integrated with a Nikon camera body provides the capability of high resolution digital photography. Images that are shot with this portable camera can be downloaded to a Macintosh computer for image adjustment and cropping. Files can then be output on photo-quality printers.
