Quantitative Gel and Blot Imaging and Analysis

The resource provides instrumentation and expertise for quantitative autoradiography (Typhoon), chemiluminescence (Typhoon), and fluorescence (Typhoon) imaging and quantitation of gels, blots, plates, and other sample formats. Scientific Imaging staff will provide training on the various instruments, analysis software, and data analysis techniques. The Resource staff will also perform data analysis for our customers when desired.

How to Obtain Services? Typically, scanners are available at all times without reservation, but can be booked on the Shared Resources on-line Instrument Scheduler, or by contacting Scientific Imaging, if needed. Contact resource staff for scheduling training or assistance.

Images

Images resulting from scanning and imaging can be saved in your fred account, on the server maintained by the Research Computing Support. If you do not currently have an account on the Research Computing server please fill out the User Account Application.
